Refund Policy
We have developed our platform keeping the Client into focus and the platform is accessed through opening an Account with us for free of cost.
Please use the app and verify you are able to use it without any issues. We DO NOT provided cancellation once the PRO account is activated.
To activate the PRO account there is a nominal charge. No refund of PRO account activation charges shall be made once the account is activated.
Refund shall be provided only under circumstance where the account activation charges are made more than once by the Client for activating the Client’s PRO Account for a given period. Period could be a month or a year based what the client has chosen. The Client may place a written refund request with the support team along with the payment details like the Bank Account Number, Transaction Number, etc.
There are no refunds on the plans availed, even if the it is canceled on the same day.
The service is billed in advance as per the plan tenure. There will be no refunds for months unused with an open user account.
Please note that users who filed a chargeback/dispute request or a claim are not eligible for a refund.
Note: The completion of the refund procedure is subject to agencies such as banks, payment gateways. Any refunds will be sent back to the source of payment.
Our moderators are official representatives, with authority to warn or ban users (including those with a paid subscription) when they do not abide by the rules and terms of conditions of use of Virtual Trading App. We do not offer refunds in case you are banned from using our services because your paid subscription and all of its data and/or features are still available during any such ban.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellation cannot be availed once the PRO account is activated.
